The New England Global Action Network mobilizes people around issues of global and local economic justice, environmental protection, & human rights in the face of increasing control of the media, the world economy and our imagination by transnational corporations.
NEGAN has arisen from the energy of the broad-based movement that coalesced against the World Trade Organization's meetings held in Seattle at the end of 1999. We are forming a network of labor, student, community, religious and constituency organizations in order to concentrate our efforts, support each other and bring about greater change.
